We are a boutique law firm founded in 2013 and focusing on the combination of corporate and financial regulatory law from a transaction, advisory and litigation perspective. Our firm has a particular interest in innovative, platform or non-platform driven business models, including FinTech and Digital Finance solutions. We each have a proven track-record acting as advisors for a wide variety of enterprises in a number of industry sectors, ranging from small businesses to multinationals and from family owned companies to financial institutions.

We advise – both national and cross border – in the field of corporate law (including M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, corporate governance) and financial regulatory law (including authorisation procedures, scoping requests, financing, capital markets transactions and related securities law issues, compliance and integrity legislation such as AML/CFT issues). We can assist you in your transactions, advise on the best legal structure that suits your strategy and vision, but we can also support you when you or your business face litigation. We often represent our clients in court proceedings or arbitration proceedings.
Where necessary we work closely with boutique firms focusing on other areas of law. In this way we are able to provide a full service.. We act as your main contact party; we take care of the rest behind the scenes, whilst ensuring that you are able to keep track of the fees involved. The professional background of the partners means that we have a wide network of contacts with foreign law firms. As we are not a member of any international association of law firms, we can, in a cross border matter, choose a firm from within our extensive network which is most suitable for the job at hand.
