ESMA has published its consultation document on draft technical standards under the Crowdfunding Regulation as well as a set of Q&As last week. Responding to the consultation document is open until 28 May 2021.
The Crowdfunding Regulation will apply as per 10 November 2021. For a summary of the main obligations under the new European framework that will become applicable to crowdfunding service providers, please see our prior publication, available here.
